This recipe was given to me by a friend who’s a genus at making Yorkshire puddings! They don’t look like your usual Yorkshire puddings, but they taste delicious and like the real thing! Also, once cool, these puddings can be stored in the freezer for up to a month!
Ingrediants:
- 140g plain flour [I used Doves]
- 3 medium egg
- 200 ml milk
- 2 tablespoons of Oil [I used Olive Oil]
Method:
- Pre heat oven at 220°
- Add a tablespoon of oil [or enough to cover the bottom] into the tray and pop in the oven.

- Tip flour into the bowl, make a well and add the egg

- Beat in the egg

- Add the oil and milk and whisk until smooth

- Once oil is hot, pour the batter into the holes and back in the oven

- Cook for 20-25 mins
How did they turn out? Do you have any photos of the final product or were they so yummy that you gobbled them all straight away?!
hahaha ;D they turned out amazing
a little flat but thankfully cooked in the middle, but most of them did get gobbled! A pic of the end result should be on the post before this recipe. Juvela sent me a recipe book where they make Yorkshire’s out of dough! Might have to give it a try
Oh yes sorry, I’ve seen them now – they look pretty good! These are the Dietary Specials ones and the stores you might be able to get them in: http://www.dietaryspecials.co.uk/gluten-free-products/our-products/frozen-other/yorkshire-puddings/
